Laurent Robert is a specialist woodcarver trained in France and England. Each new bespoke carving project is manufactured in his workshop based in Connecticut. The designing process starts from a concept drawing which evolves to a full-scale drawing. The forms are translated into the wood using a mallet and gouges only. Restoration and conservation work services are also offered.
